What Happened Was... is a project based on stories told to me by people in Dublin, Ireland. At listening stations in Dublin City Libraries, viewers/listeners of the project will be able to hear stories told to them by various people in the city. Free, take-home “story cards” will be available for people so that they have something of the art project to keep for themselves.
